We also undertake surveys on behalf of a potential home or property buyer, prior to making an offer or sale completion. For a small inspection fee; this service provides assurance that a multi-thousand-pound property has a “clean-bill-of-health.”
The service provides the estate agencies; prospective buyer and seller with reassurance and “peace-of-mind” that there are not any unidentified concerns or pest control issues.
